Extraction Posts

been messin with exfil over normal web traffic lately. POSTs are kinda perfect for it lol. enough noise around them and nobody looks twice unless they already know somethin feels off.

i split the data up so it doesnt all ride in one place. makes it look less obvious when somebody starts pokin through captures. if they only check the part they expect to have data, theyre gonna walk away thinkin they found everything.

I was looking at one of those captures earlier. The recovered data seemed cut off at the end.

At first I assumed a packet was missing, but the sequence looked complete.

lol nah thats the fun part

the POST body aint the whole story. ppl get tunnel vision once they see encoded junk in the payload and stop lookin around.

request headers are the final piece of the extraction.

Clever enough.

Most analysts stop when the obvious answer almost works.

exactly lmao

“almost” should bother em more than “wrong” does.

So basically you made incompleteness part of the clue 😂

That is deeply annoying. I approve. 💀
