Emedra is about to have a very bad quarter

luciafer 44 posts Since Jun 25, 2026

okayyyy so look what finally showed up 😌
the newest Emedra CerebraScan. yes, that brain scanner. fresh box, shiny hardware, all the little “clinical research” promises printed on the front like this thing is somehow untouchable.
and before somebody asks: no, I did not buy it. 💅

This is the same model Emedra is betting a ridiculous amount of its reputation on, which makes what we already know about it sooo much better.

One of their employees learned the hard way that keeping secrets from us is more expensive than keeping secrets for us. We had enough leverage on him that when Emedra started preparing the CerebraScan for FDA review, he did exactly what he was told: security vulnerabilities he knew about did not make it into the material the FDA saw.

Not “forgot to mention.” Not “didn't understand the risk.” He knew. And he buried it.

Now we have the hardware sitting right here, plus everything we need to prove that Emedra's shiny new medical device was presented as safer than the people inside the company knew it was.

They wanted “clearer insights, brighter outcomes.”
We're gonna give them some clarity. 😘
This thing is how we crush Emedra's reputation.

lmaooo they actually shipped one?? 💀
all that money on the box and apparently none left for securty
please tell me we get to tear this thing apart

Do not underestimate them merely because we have the device.
What matters is establishing an undeniable connection between the vulnerabilities, Emedra's prior knowledge of them, and what was withheld during the regulatory process.
If we make the accusation, we make it once, and we make it impossible for them to dismiss.

oh absolutely.
this isn't gonna be some vague “trust us bro their scanner is insecure” post lol
receipts are the whole point.
and watching their PR team try to explain why an employee was documenting security problems internally while those same problems magically disappeared on the way to the FDA?
chef's kiss.

The box really says “Portable and Reliable” too 😭😭😭
That slogan is going to age so well if the findings match what we were given 😂
I want telemetry and logs when somebody powers it up. 📊👀

The device is useful because it gives us independent evidence.
Do not rely exclusively on the employee's actions or statements. If the vulnerabilities can be reproduced on production hardware, Emedra will have a much more difficult time claiming that the issues were theoretical, obsolete, or limited to an engineering prototype.
Document everything.

yo this is wild
they really put a brain scanner in lucia hands and thought the week was gonna go normal 😂
if yall get data off it send me what i can look at. i wanna see what this thing records when its talking

excuse you, it looks amazing on my desk 😭
but yeah, d34th is right. the employee is only one piece.
the real flex is showing the exact problems he was pressured into hiding are sitting inside the same product Emedra is putting in front of researchers and clinicians.
they don't get to call that office drama.

I WANT THE FIRMWARE.
If Emedra knew about weaknesses before submission, there will be fingerprints somewhere: old builds, changed code, disabled checks, engineering notes, something.
Companies always believe deleting a sentence deletes the history behind it.
IT DOESN'T.

not b1tfr34k already yelling at the scanner 😭
but fr Emedra is cooked if there's a clean timeline.
employee knows about vuln ➡️ vuln gets hidden ➡️ FDA gets the pretty version ➡️ same vuln exists in production
that's not a cute look bestie

Precisely.
And nobody publishes prematurely. The objective is not merely to embarrass Emedra for a day. The objective is to make every customer, researcher, regulator, and partner question what else the company chose not to disclose.
That requires evidence, not noise.

See, this is why I love this place.
I post one cute picture of my new toy and suddenly everyone wants firmware hashes and evidentiary timelines. 🙄😂
Fine.
We'll do it properly.
But when Emedra starts insisting the CerebraScan has always been safe, remember this post.
Because we already know what they hid.
Now we get to make everyone else know too. 💋
