Well, it looks like my old buddy Cereal Killer is back at it! I’ve been seeing whispers on the Dark Web that he is going after Lytton Labs as well!
Cereal Killer was a notorious old-school hacker/phreaker from the 1990’s. His exploits were LEGENDARY! He helped take down Eugene “The Plague” Belford, the CSO of Ellingson Mineral Corporation, who was planning on capsizing ships to cover for a worm he wrote to embezzle money from the company. They tried to pin the whole thing on Cereal’s hacker collective.
I think Cereal might be planning a supply-side attack on Lytton Labs, probably going after their GitHub repo. It will be fun to see what he manages to pull off!
Here is what the bro looked like in the 90’s! Quite the character! I heard that he settled down as an Ethical Hacker at some Fortune 50 corporation for awhile, until they replaced him with a small shell script (small AI agent, actually). Maybe that’s why he’s ticked off!
So apparently, he got ahold of one of their security tools for generating passwords, the latest one generated by “ClippyAI”! They trusted Clippy to write their last one, and it turned out to have really weak security! Word on the Dark Web is that he tampered with their newest one.
Clippy “AI”! What a JOKE! First, the dude gets HR-PIP’ed for talking smack to customers! Then, he gets fired for the password fiasco. THEN, he spills the beans on SCHNICK-SCHNOCK with hints about how to hack the Lytton Labs tour contest. So what happens next? He REBRANDS himself as “ClippyAI”, and they bring him back in as LEAD ARCHITECT! I heard his stock option package is UNREAL (8 DIGITS!!!). All because he tacked “AI” to the end of his name!
I used to worry about Lytton Labs taking over the world with their MK-ULTRA mind kontrol garbage… but they don’t seem so bright now if they are bringing Clippy back!
