EpicScams = Garbage Fire 🔥🗑️

You know what really grinds my gears? Spending $$$ on what was supposed to be a good device to waste time on and getting a plastic brick of disappointment. I’m talking about anything that comes from EpicSales (yeah, more like EpicScams).

I crack open the box, everything looks fine. I power it on and BAM — can’t load a single game. No UI. No boot. Just a glowing slab of regret. Tried rebooting it. Tried factory reset. Even cracked it open to see if something was loose (spoiler: I’m not new to hardware). Nada.

Filed a ticket with EpicSales support. Two days later I get a canned reply asking if I “tried turning it off and on again.” :brain: Thanks, genius. I left a review so scathing I half-expected them to send a hit squad to silence me. But nah, they just deleted the review.

Honestly, I was hyped for this thing. Now I’ve got a very expensive coaster.

Avoid EpicSales. Trash-tier customer service, and even worse quality control. They messed with the wrong nerd.

LMAO you really thought a site called EpicSales was gonna deliver something that didn’t suck? :skull: That’s like buying sushi at a gas station. Girl… no. Shoulda hit me up, I’d have found you a real deal. You want a working handheld or just another rage brick?

Dude, I had a similar experience with those guys. Bought a “Raspberry Pi gaming kit” from them and it was literally a Pi board shoved into a cheap shell with duct tape. Like straight outta MacGyver’s nightmares. They ghosted me too. EpicSales = bargain bin con artistry.

yo yo I got da same POS :skull: screen went black after 2 hrs of Mega Man. I emailed em like 6 times n they hit me back w/ “thanks for your patience.” Bro I got more patience than RAM in that device.

This is why I don’t buy anything unless I can OSINT the company’s entire genealogy. EpicSales doesn’t even have a real business address. Bet it’s just a PO box in Jersey with a dude drop-shipping from his mom’s garage.

You should post the raw logs of your interactions with them. Public documentation makes them accountable, and we can use OSINT to track who’s behind the storefront. I’m curious how deep this rabbit hole goes.

do you have a screenshot of what the screen looks like when you power it on? I wanna see if it matches what I’ve seen in other bricked handhelds. Might help figure out if it’s a firmware fail or just bad hardware.

yo if u get it open, u should draw a lil sad face on the screen and make it ur new mascot :sob: call it “bitbr1ck” lmao
